FIRST WATCH MENU

First Watch has more than 420 locations in 28 states and 9,000 employees.

Since the majority of our customers are not sailors, pirates or sea-farin’ scallywags, we seem to get this question a lot. A ‘first watch’ is a nautical term that refers to the very first shift of the day. And if you ask us, it’s the best shift of the day. That’s because come the crack of dawn, we’re slicing and juicing fresh fruit and vegetables and whipping up our French toast batter from scratch, just for you.

We sure do – here’s the skinny! For our friends with dietary restrictions, our ‘Healthier Side’ menu features a variety of delicious options, including egg white omelets, our AM Superfoods Bowl and our signature Avocado Toast. Check out any of our menu items on our website to view all ingredients in each dish or all in one place

I love that my friend can order the traditional breakfast and I can have soup and a sandwich at 11 AM. Both meals were delicious and prepared perfectly. Sara, our waitress, was cheerful and attentive. The manager Jonathan greeted us warmly and asked for our comments after dining. A great impromptu meal. We are never disappointed but delighted.

The best, freshest, most delicious food! Fresh breads, juices, amazing service! Shauna has been our server of choice and she is on point! Going to breakfast here brings us so much joy.

Went with my husband for the first time. Was very impressed. The banana pecan pancakes were to die for with that nice light syrup. The coffee was great, I also like their eggs and potatoes, gluten free bread if gluten sensitive come with no extra charge. Looooove this place.

Love! Love! Love First Watch! It’s actually my favorite breakfast spot EVER! Use to go to the one in Lauderdale-by-the-sea A LOT! My Santi & I were a REGULAR there. Since COVID really haven’t been out much. Today we took a chance plus ideally down the street from a medical center. I had the Morning Meditation to start. Can I say DDDEEEELISHHHH!!!! I just can’t get enough. I also had the oatmeal with blueberries. The location was great, outdoor seating, and the staff wore a mask. Will definitely return and recommend to others. :)))

When is first watch not good? No seriously! I always love my food when I come here! They usually have a wait on the weekends so prepare for that! One of my new favorites here is the million dollar breakfast sandwich. Easily the best breakfast sandwich I have EVER had! Just fantastic. They also have yummy pancakes and delicious potatoes! Highly recommended brunch spot! YUM

If you’re looking for a decent breakfast place in the Wellington area, then First Watch should satisfy those needs well. No matter what First Watch location I visit, it’s always a very consistent experience.

Located in the Wellington Green area, First Watch offers some good breakfast options between eggs benedict selections, omelets, healthier options, and more. When I go there, I always order iced coffee black and Million Dollar Bacon because you can’t have a breakfast experience without either of those two items.

The franchise location has done well to ensure safe social distancing measures in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. I had a good experience where the service was on-point, and the dishes we ordered were very satisfactory.

My usual go-to is either eggs benedict or their Bacado. The latter is a delicious bacon and avocado omelet with Monterey jack cheese, topped with sour cream. Very good if you’re looking for something to fill you up and burn off the calories for a few hours.
