What started as a way for Andrew and Peggy Cherng to support their family, turned into thousands of locations worldwide supporting thousands of families. It all started in 1983 when the first PANDA EXPRESS OPENED. It opened up in Glendale Galleria in Glendale, California. Peggy customized the restaurant’s operating systems to assure the very best food and service.

Wow! I feel deprived from having to have been abused at the Boynton location. This one is fabulous! Lively music, trays filled to the max! Friendly, smiling, polite service people! Just what a customer expects!
The place was humming and everyone appears to love working there. In and out in 3 mins!!! Will definitely be our stop before concerts.
Even when this place was slammed with a line out the door, this Panda Express is by far the best we’ve ever had.
I love PE, but our meal last night was extra flavorful. The orange chicken wasn’t just sweet, it had extra spices/flavors that made it better than any other location we’ve been to.

We had Orange Chicken, Fried Rice, Chow Mein, Egg Rolls, and Fried Wontons. Honestly, I think Panda Express’ food is pretty mediocre. All of the food was bland in flavor and some of it tasted a little off compared to other Chinese restaurants.
I was pleased that our food arrived still pretty hot, however, part of our order was missing.

After visiting the Pompano location, I was eager to take hubs to the Wellington location to relive Panda Express memories from childhood. This location is very close to Wellington mall.
Unfortunately the magic was not there the second time around. Food was less than room temperature. My chow mein was decent but not as tasty as the other location. Basically the whole time I was comparing between the two. The walnut shrimp were decent as well. The crispy shrimp were over cooked. I liked the spring rolls we ordered and I asked for the chilli sauce with them, which complimented nicely with the rolls. Overall, Panda Express is a place to get a quick Chinese bite to eat when you don’t feel like eating healthy or craving Asian fast food.
I still think this place is better than a pick up place. They have a good seating area with even outdoor seating when the weather is nice. It was a clean restaurant, and I might be back when I crave chow mein or want to be a Panda
