The manger last night was very helpful we waited 20 minutes to receive our food and we had yet to receive it so I went to the door and asked for a manger then asked for a refund and she ran and jumped and did what I asked and she explained and apologized to me that their systems went down and they couldn’t find where some of the food belonged too even tho we did not get our food her customer service was very impeccable and other person would have put up a fight
Was disappointed when I opened my quarter pound cheeseburger and it had burnt edges. I just couldn’t handle it when it was dry as well when I took a bite. Told Mike, the manager, and he went out of his way to make a fresh new one. It was also quick! Honestly the best service I’ve had from Sonics. And the best management at a fast food restaurant. Everyone take notes! He deserves a raise for being an excellent manager.
I love sonic. Great deals on happy hour smoothies. I got nerds in my lemonade. Great taste. Great service. Cool drive-in the way it’s on the diagonal. Sonic rocks!!!
We went late around 12-1 am and was greeted by Ann! She had such a great energy and voice! I was actually so impressed by her customer service, I asked if she could deliver our order. She did! Your sonic receives 5 stars! Your doing a great job Anne!!
